    Hi David, greetings from North Carolina. I had one question about your e-marketing video on tone. You advise to write emails just as you would talk in person to your friends. Don’t you think it depends on the industry? For example, I work in higher education and if my e-marketing messages were written as I talk to my friends, my inclination is that it would come across quite negatively. I would imagine this is true for other industries as well. It seems like this approach has worked quite well for you – but I just question whether it is completely transferable and replicable for everyone depending on their context. Would love to read your thoughts on this – thank you in advance.
