Today on The RISE Fitness Show: Why do fitness models look ridiculously shredded, lean and amazing while most people in the gym…well, don’t. Today, Rob Knox of Navesink Fitness, the man who trains many of those top fitness models, is here on the show to tell us the differences. These are little things you can immediately start to implement in your fitness routine and nutrition plan.

This Episode Of The RISE Fitness Show Is Sponsored By Jet Set Body

Jet Set Body is the program I used to get into fitness model shape in 90 days and I know numerous friends, listeners and viewers of the show have also taken the plunge and begun their journey. The program is designed for those that want big results, are willing to work hard and want to create something SUSTAINABLE (as opposed to some fad garbage where you put the weight back on). Created by former show guests and friends of mine, fitness models Kim and Rob Murgatroyd, the program is divided into mens and womens, includes workouts, nutrition plan, advice, a forum to ask questions, demonstrations of exercises on videos and much more. You can check it out and start your journey to get into fitness model shape right here.

This interview was really helpful. The part about eating was a real eye opener (also your interview with Tosca too). You can really see your enthusiasm with these fitness interviews.

Thanks Mikky! There are going to be MANY more and I’m definitely excited (as you can tell hah). Thanks so much for tuning in.

  • I’m actually really looking forward to this new Podcast. I’ve been getting into health and fitness. There’s a lot of advice out there about health and fitness (some good, most bad) and it’s often hard to wade through all the mess to get to the good stuff.

I’m hoping that as a part of this new podcast, you will be talking about workout routines – not just individual routines, but a full package. One that you can follow along with, modify, and learn from.

It would also be cool if you would include SOME of the science involved, so that we can understand not just what we’re doing, but also WHY we’re doing what we’re doing.

Anyways man, I’ll be listening in 🙂

LOL I still can’t get it right.

  • I LOVE this kind of challenges- Doing fitness and following the slow carb diet (found in the book by Tim Ferris), I lost 17 pounds myself and saw my sixpack (I mean the abs ;)) for  the first time in my life.. at age 41!
