Tony Hsieh has built the Zappos brand to well over 1 billion in sales (as well as a “marriage” with Amazon for over 1.2 billion dollars) all with a passion around company culture and customer service.
It goes WAY beyond shoes. Way beyond. Essentially, they have scaled caring. No easy feat.
Tony has a new book coming out (next week in fact) and I was lucky enough to get my hands on it early and have him on the show to discuss the book, marketing, building a brand, advice for entrepreneurs and much more…all nicely packaged into this interview.
