About Today’s Guest, Kim Murgatroyd:

Kim MurgatroydOK, so you are an unconventional entrepreneur. Running your business your way. Dominating the world. But, what the heck are you eating? The problem, as I see it, has always been you really only have a couple of options when it comes to eating:

  1. Unhealthy, which is convenient, fast and makes you feel like crap.
  2. Healthy, which takes forever to make and tastes like crap.

There has to be another way. Enter today’s guest, foodpreneur Kim Murgatroyd, who has a new, really unconventional cookbook out called Holy Sh*t: Delicious Recipes To Keep You Fit (affiliate) I’ve been using the rough draft of her now finished book for almost two months in secret. Today she is here to teach us a few simple, easy meals you can make that taste amazing and will keep your energy up for world domination.

If you want a copy of the book, you can nab it in digital form (which is awesome, as you can put it in iBooks for example) right here. Kim also has a Protein Shakes & Snacks ebook which you can check out through my affiliate link right here.

  1. Great interview, and that looks like an awesome cookbook! Is it digital only or does it also come in print?

    1. David Siteman Garland says:

Hey M! Kim will be back from Greece in a week and I’m sure can answer. I belieevvveee it is digital only. I have it on my computer, iPad and phone lol. So it goes everywhere.

    2. Hey Mandee 😉

Yep, it’s digital only for now! Like David said it’s easy to download to any device and take anywhere!

  2. Mike Burke says:

I really want to know that Chai Latte recipe – personal weakness of mine and it’s not in the cookbook! 🙁

    1. David Siteman Garland says:

Mike – Reach out to Kim. She has a shakes and snacks one. Perhaps tell her you nabbed the cook book and she can hook you up 🙂 If you don’t hear from her in like a week lemme know.

    2. Hi Mike!
I do have a Shake & Snack eBook that has a bunch of greats recipes it in- but here’s the Chai Latte recipe!
      10 oz. Cooled Chai Tea
      1 Scp Vanilla Protein Powder
      1 Banana
      1 tsp Agave

  3. David and Kim:  I just made the Healthy Butterfinger and — HOLY SHIT! — It is awesome!  Both my wife and I were amazed by how much it actually tasted like a real (unhealthy) Butterfinger.  I’m willing to bet that using almond butter instead of peanut butter would be even tastier, and perhaps just a bit healthier.  Next up, the Rice Pudding…

    1. David Siteman Garland says:

Matt – Hah!! I told you! Definitely. I’ve made it both ways. Both = yum.
