We are always so busy as entrepreneurstags. Meetings, phone calls, proposals, big ideas, stress, managing people, marketing, the list is endless.
Often something important is overlooked: Giving back.
You don’t need a multi-million dollar budget to give to your favorite charity as every little bit counts. Plus, starting your giving early in the entrepreneurial process will make it automatic for you in the future. Giving to charities and non-profits should be a habit.
We were very blessed to have Lift For Life, an amazing cause that gets underprivileged kids off the street and working out as well as other positive activities as our featured charity this past July for Summer Business Break.
We were able to raise money through the charity raffle and while it wasn’t millions of dollars, I know they appreciate it and it will help the kids directly.
This season on The Rise To The Top, beginning on September 6th, we are going to feature interested charities, non-profits and organizations that help the community on the show. They will be diverse, interested and hopefully inspire you to get off your couch and get involved.
Thank you if you participated in the raffle.
Thank you if you donated to the raffle.
Thank you if this even remotely inspires you to put giving back on your agenda.
