    You’re doing it again.

    I’m really pleased that you’ve had a great result from your health & body turnaround effort –
    but – ( I know you’re saying this is ‘on top’ of the new ‘mediapreneur’ centric site )
    I’m totally getting confused again as to who & what you are and what RISE is all about – and what you’re truly passionate about )

    But I don’t visit your site for health tips or to see your personal body victories ( I really do support you with them – but that’s your ‘personal’ agenda & it really doesn’t help or interest me )

    I’m still trying to come to terms with your ‘new hair’ ( which I prefer to the ‘old hair btw ) but I can’t see how you can keep the old ‘slick’ Dave on your header – yet everything we see for  a while now is ‘the new you’ )

    David – I’m a fan – seen all shows ( apart from the sport/body ones ) bought the book and although I just simply left after the Kickboxing era – I came back as soon as you said you were coming back to focus on what I’d originally come to your site for.

    A few episodes later – in comes the body/health stories again. They don’t interest me –
    and I just don’t know who/what you are any more.

    You have to focus on one thing and do it really well – as you always did.

    Now I’m not sure what I’m going to get when I come to your site or get my email updates.
    Times too short – there’s too many other sites that are competing for my time –

    I’d reduced it to Mixergy, TWIST & RISE as the best of the crop for my needs –

    I used to never want to miss a RISE – now I just don’t get your brand –
    Mixergy & TWIST always spot on the money and you know exactly what you’re getting & they don’t disappoint – was the same with RISE (pre sportsfan era )
    but now I’m back to – I can’t quite figure this guy’s site out anymore – or it’s too hard to fit in with his changing focus. So of my 3 top sites – yours has dropped back to a bad third.

    I really don’t want to offend you as I love your shows when they have the content you promised & when you’re pumping.

    But the mix of subjects is just confusing & it’s starting to get to too hard to try and keep up with where you’re at.

    I really don’t want to know about healthshakes or recipes or muscles & weight loss –
    there are so many sites covering those subjects.

    I feel really bad saying all this shit – because I love your site and can see how enthusiastic you are about the success of your hard work ( & I congratulate you )

    But it’s starting to just get too hard again to figure out exactly where your focus is.

    So – for the 2nd period – as soon as I see anything re health/bodies from you – I just go off to visit Andrew & Jason etc.

    I wish you well & I’ll come back when I’m clear you’re – really – back & focused
    Sorry about my repetition – don’t have time to go back & edit –  just couldn’t stop typing after watching ‘how to make a healthy snack’.

      Hi PK – First of all thanks for taking the time to write out your thoughtful comment. A few thoughts:

      1. First of all there will be a new header soon with the new hair, lol.

      2. I get what you are saying, but as mentioned I will be doing interviews/content focused around online business at least twice a week. I plan on doing Fitness Fridays for awhile because it has been massively requested and a passion of mine. On the blog (bonus videos, stuff like the recipe), I try to focus on often on this site is lessons that I’ve learned that I want to share. Often business, sometimes not.

      Either way wish you good luck in the future!

        and watch the continuation of the incredible hulk transformation.
        Anyway – how could I leave now – just when there’s a ‘new hair’ header coming.

          LOL, PK. Let me promise a couple of things:

          #1: No new format, other than adding in Fitness Fridays. Everything else will be biz. I did the cooking vid just for a little fun. If there are ones like it, it will be on Friday. 🙂

          #2: Actually I plan on adding even more biz content (additional blog posts and some other goodies all based on zero fluff).

          #3: You definitely bring up the aspect of brand, and I agree with you. Still after all these years, working on a concrete identity if that makes sense. I’d argue that the identity is really around “no fluff” …meaning stories and insights from people (myself included) who are do-ers as opposed to theory peeps and talkers.

      I think it goes great with being at the top of the game and being awesome. I originally found this site through the sporty/fight week interviews, though I enjoy the marketing interviews more.

      What was it Richard Branson said when asked “How do you become more productive?” He said “Work out.”

    When would you eat this? Only post workout?

    sweet potatoes and sweetened protein powder don’t even fit in my Slow Carb “4 Hour Body” diet. 🙂

      Justin – In that case..never 🙂 LOL. On the plan I follow, it is good to have a few different times. (usually before dinner)

    Any thoughts on using almond butter for this recipe? I replaced PB with AB for everything – wondering if it might mess up this recipe though. 

    And as for all of your recent “about the body” type posts, I think they are very relevant to your overall message. Richard Branson even has said that his #1 tip for productivity is to work out. Since going through a body transformation myself recently, I can definitely back that up 100%.

      Pat – I’ve replaced it a few times and it is definitely great either way (I’m also a big almond butter fan!).

      Definitely, Pat. Appreciate the kind words. My thought now is to create some content on Fridays periodically (Fitness Fridays) and then perhaps move that to a new mini site, iTunes, etc.
